Hi,

Has anyone used Madeira Rayon/Viscose Classic for cross stitch before? I understand that it's like silk with a high sheen to it? I'm trying to convert some DMC floss to Madeira for a particular project but I see on their website that for the Classic line, there's 4 types: Classic No. 40, Classic No. 30, Classic No. 60 and Classic No. 12. Which one is the most suitable for cross stitch? Please help. Thanx!

Hi,

I found this conversion table on the web, it's Madeira to DMC but I'm sure it could be of some use to you.

I hope this helps,

Josée

As far as I can see, these are for machine embroidery, aren't they?
