Gold-Silver Conversion

Hi Everyone,

I have a pattern of inter-twined wedding bands that uses gold/yellow shades of thread. I want to do the pattern using silver/grey shades. Does anyone know how I can convert the shades of gold into silver so the shadows etc remain in the correct places?
Pattern uses: Anchor 303, 301 and 1048 colours.

Choose three greys (or use one strand of metallics to give the silvery effect) from same group (for example I'd probably use DMC's pearl greys (762, 415) and one additional, suitable shade).

I.e. you need one light, one medium and one darker shade of grey within the same tone (/shade) group.
