Anchor Tapestry Wool Conversion

Help!

I have a free pattern of pansies (from Pride Publishing Co.) I think it's a Semco pattern.

It is designed for needlepoint and the colors numbers given are for Anchor Tapestry Wool.

I have found a conversion from Anchor Tapestry to DMC Tapestry but I want to convert from the Anchor tapestry to either Anchor or DMC floss!

Can anybody help me?

I would like a link in case I find another one of these weird patterns. The pattern is not in color so that doesn't help either.

For the pattern in question, the Anchor tapestry colors (and the "matching" DMC colors are:

8394 - 7004
8396 - 7760

I looked and looked, and couldn't find an anchor tapestry wool to Anchor floss conversion chart. If I do run across one, I'll be sure to post it.

Since I was able to convert to DMC Tapestry, this should give me what I need. I did notice that two Anchor colors mapped to the same DMC color so that will be one less color when I put this pattern into PCStitch. (8588 & 8590 both go 7025).

The link and another I found gave me most of my table. However, there are 4 colors that are not in the charts.

Can anybody tell me what DMC or anchor floss to use for the following cases:

Anchor Wool|DMC Wool
8022|7474
8588|7025
8590|7025
8602|7021
8608|7020

Not a conversion, but you'll at least be able to see the colors, and p'raps be able to make a judgement as to which floss colors correspond:

and because I already looked:
7474 is in the 13th column (4th card)
7020 and 7021 are in the 4th column (1st card)
7025 is in the 3rd column (1st card)
Or at the bottom of the page, type in a color number to see a sample.

Thanks, Nita. That was my next step. I had found that page but hadn't gone back to it when I found the conversion incomplete. It was a little late by then. I spent the entire afternoon getting my car battery replaced (still under warranty) and that kind of threw off my concentration the rest of the day. (Yes, it's nice to have an excuse! :])
